KIEP Complaint Reporting Form

Kenya Industry and Entrepreneurship Project (KIEP) has set up a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) form to enable the submission of grievances by aggrieved project stakeholders anywhere and anytime (24×7). The form allows ease in raising any concern, grievance or expression of dissatisfaction with project activities across all components. Once the complaint is received, the team shall register the complaint, investigate and recommend appropriate action.
